Description

Lead IT initiatives covering implementation and development of information systems, managing the project from start through final settlement. Coordinate between development teams, business/subject-matter groups, and external suppliers to ensure delivery within agreed scope, time, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the overall project with developer teams and subject-matter groups
• Plan, assign, and supervise tasks executed by project team members
• Determine actions needed to achieve project objectives
• Report progress, identify and escalate risks early, and provide day-to-day support for project development
• Create and update project documentation
• Close the project, including final documentation preparation and budget reconciliation

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience managing IT projects involving building new solutions or modifying existing ones, with internal and external vendors
• Practical knowledge of one of the leading project management methodologies (preferably PRINCE2 or Agile)
• Ability to communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders
• Higher education in IT, management, economics, or a related field
• Polish language knowledge at C1 level
