Description

Lead end-to-end implementation activities for an enterprise DMS/workflow solution, including client discovery, planning, configuration support, coordination of delivery teams, and validation via testing. Maintain project schedule and budget, manage changes and risks, and document all stages of delivery. Provide user training and ensure smooth handover to the maintenance team after go-live.

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation process for B2B clients
• Act as the liaison between the client and implementation teams (developers, administrators, R&D)
• Prepare and run presentations and analytical workshops at the client
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and stakeholders
• Identify client needs, align expectations, and recommend solutions
• Create specifications and plan project work in the project schedule
• Regularly track and update project schedule and budget
• Coordinate system configuration according to the agreed specifications
• Coordinate tasks assigned to other teams and verify delivery (including testing)
• Manage change and risk, and analyze their impact on the project
• Maintain project documentation (system specification, notes, training materials, protocols)
• Train end users on the implemented system module
• Update post-implementation documentation and hand over the system to the maintenance department
