Description

You will support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities. You’ll own assigned tasks and workstreams, coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery aligned with project objectives. You will proactively identify risks and dependencies, facilitate meetings and decision-making, and track progress and action items through clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager with planning, coordination, and execution

• Take ownership of assigned tasks and workstreams to deliver on time

• Coordinate activities across multiple teams and stakeholders

• Identify challenges, risks, and dependencies; propose solutions

• Facilitate meetings, discussions, decisions, and conflict resolution

• Monitor progress, follow up on action items, and communicate updates

• Support stakeholder engagement and maintain strong relationships

• Adapt to changing requirements and contribute to continuous process improvements

Requirements

• ~5 years of experience in project coordination, project management support, or similar

• Prior experience in the financial sector or another highly regulated industry

• English fluency (written and spoken)

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive tasks to completion

• Strong organizational skills and structured prioritization

• Resilience and flexibility in changing circumstances

• Experience facilitating discussions, supporting decisions, and resolving conflicts

• Strong collaboration skills to engage and align stakeholders
