Description

You will lead and deliver IT projects as a project manager, starting with analysis of business needs to identify business and system requirements. You will coordinate implementation/change teams for specialized IT systems, produce requirements specifications, and prepare and analyze project and technical documentation. You will also collaborate with key stakeholders and software suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects in the role of project manager

• Analyze business needs to identify business and system requirements

• Coordinate teams responsible for implementing or changing specialized IT systems

• Create requirements specifications for changes in organizational IT systems

• Prepare and review project and technical documentation related to the projects

• Collaborate with key stakeholders

• Collaborate with software vendors

Requirements

• University degree

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT projects

• Knowledge of classic project methodologies (PMBOK, Prince2) and/or Agile

• Experience independently running projects in complex IT environments in mid-to-large organizations

• Ability to manage the project lifecycle

• Ability to prepare and analyze project documentation

• Communication skills and experience working with IT teams

• Analytical thinking and ability to solve problems in critical situations

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously, with resilience to stress

• Independence in decision-making within granted authority
