  • Work style: Hybrid; in-office collaboration at least two days per week

Description

As a Project Manager, you’ll be the trusted person helping customers actually implement and shape the platform around how they build. You will own projects from kickoff to completion, monitoring progress, identifying issues early, managing risks and dependencies, and keeping both clients and your team informed. You’ll also train client teams and create documentation and playbooks to support long-term adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Understand what clients really need and the goals behind it
  • Design a tailored implementation plan (not a generic template)
  • Own the project end-to-end starting from kickoff
  • Monitor progress, surface problems early, and adjust course
  • Maintain a risk register and flag dependencies early
  • Keep clients and internal teams in the loop
  • Log work in the project planner so the team always knows status
  • Train client teams and super-users for day-to-day platform use
  • Build project documentation and playbooks for future teams
  • Identify opportunities for additional customer value and flag them for further exploration

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of project management experience, ideally client-facing
  • Proven ability to build relationships customers trust
  • Strong written and spoken communication in English across cultures
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage many tasks at once
  • Project management accreditation (PRINCE2 or similar)
  • Strong work ethic and self-organisation; ability to manage workload across in-office and remote time

Benefits

  • Company share options with a real path to becoming a shareholder
  • Opportunity to make a real impact in an international, fast-growing environment
  • Startup culture where you can shape how work gets done
  • Investment in personal development (training, courses, and support to build new skills)
  • Ownership and accountability without excessive bureaucracy
  • Flexible working hours
