Description

You will coordinate new projects from initiation through ramp-up to serial production, ensuring project goals, deadlines, costs, and quality requirements are met. The role requires cross-functional leadership across manufacturing, quality, engineering/design, technology, logistics, and purchasing, with continuous risk tracking, regular reporting, and active customer communication. You will also support the introduction and stabilization of new products and technologies in production.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new projects from start to successful ramp-up to serial production

• Ensure fulfillment of project objectives, timelines, costs, and quality requirements

• Lead and coordinate cross-department collaboration (production, quality, design/engineering, technology, logistics, purchasing)

• Prepare and manage project plans, schedules, and milestones

• Continuously monitor project status, identify risks, and ensure timely mitigation

• Coordinate preparation and introduction of new products and technologies into production

• Organize project meetings, set tasks, and verify completion

• Provide regular reporting to company leadership and customers

• Communicate actively with customers and other project partners

• Handle emerging issues and coordinate corrective actions across teams

• Maintain and keep project documentation up to date

• Participate in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and other project activities

• Support serial production ramp-up and subsequent project stabilization

Requirements

• Experience in a technology or quality department

• Technical education

• Experience managing projects in the automotive industry

• Analytical and systematic thinking

• English language proficiency
