Description

Lead and deliver banking initiatives of varying complexity, ensuring alignment with business strategy and priorities. You will design and organize execution setups, run change management (including risk management and escalations), coordinate interconnected areas such as outsourcing and regulatory challenges, and drive implementation across business areas and legal entities. You’ll also facilitate group-wide information sharing and data sourcing initiatives while coaching teams to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives of varying complexity and ensure alignment with business strategy and priorities

• Design and organize effective execution setups

• Conduct change management activities, including risk management and escalations

• Coach individuals and teams to enhance team performance

• Coordinate multiple interconnected areas, managing outsourcing and regulatory challenges

• Drive implementation of changes across business areas and legal entities

• Facilitate group-wide information sharing and data sourcing initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex projects or programmes

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience with governance, reporting, risk management, and change management

• Ability to work independently in a dynamic and complex environment

• Experience coordinating activities across multiple teams and business functions

• Experience in one or more areas: AML/Financial Crime Prevention, KYC & Transaction Monitoring, Regulatory & Compliance Change, Data Management & Data Sourcing, Information Sharing, Outsourcing & Third-Party Management, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Banking or Financial Services
