Description

Manage a portfolio of high-impact IT projects at national scale and internationally, including complex multi-dimensional programs with budgets of up to tens of millions PLN. Work closely with demanding clients and lead end-to-end project planning, documentation, risk identification and management, reporting, and problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT projects with very large budgets
• Collaborate with demanding customers

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing IT projects as Project Manager and project team leader, including multi-million PLN budgets
• Experience implementing a system with a finance/accounting module in a public-sector organization for at least 500 users
• PRINCE2 Practitioner (or equivalent: IPMA Level C and higher; or PMP; or CAPM; or MSP Practitioner)
• Strong abilities in scope, budget, and schedule planning plus knowledge of project documentation practices
• Ability to identify risk areas, define risk management methods, and handle reporting and problem solving
• Knowledge of IT project management, including Agile, Scrum, and the software development process
• Independence, openness to new challenges, and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong project team leadership, communication organization, and collaboration leadership
• Ability to operate in a multi-project environment and coordinate multiple stakeholders and business units
• Preferred: higher education (technical)
• Communicative English in speech and writing
