• Role: Implementation Consultant for Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD Galaxy)

Description

You will implement the CSOD Galaxy platform for international clients, leading implementations of one or several modules such as Learning (Learn), Performance & Succession, Compensation, Recruiting, or Learning Experience, Talent Marketplace. You will analyze client business processes, run workshops and demos, configure the system, test changes, and support clients during UAT and afterward.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementations of selected CSOD Galaxy modules (Learning, Performance & Succession, Compensation, Recruiting, Learning Experience, Talent Marketplace)

• Analyze client business processes and translate them into system solutions

• Conduct workshops, presentations, and system demos throughout the project

• Advise on HR/HCM best practices and support clients in designing optimal processes

• Configure the system, test changes, and support the client during UAT

• Closely collaborate with development teams and other consultants

• Support clients with ongoing questions and incidents related to the CSOD Galaxy platform

• Deliver product training sessions and perform configuration walkthroughs

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Cornerstone OnDemand Galaxy — at least one non-Core module: Learning / Performance & Succession / Compensation / Recruiting / Learning Experience

• Experience working directly with clients, facilitating meetings, presentations, and project workshops

• Business analysis skills: requirement gathering, process modelling, proposing system solutions

• English proficiency at C1 level
