Description

You will lead end-to-end client implementation projects: from discovery and planning, through user/admin training and system go-live, and then post-implementation support. You will translate client business needs into system configuration, coordinate work between the client and internal teams, and troubleshoot issues after launch. You’ll also identify additional customer needs and opportunities to grow the partnership.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects and ensure smooth delivery

• Understand client business processes and translate needs into system configuration

• Coordinate collaboration between the client and internal teams

• Prepare and conduct trainings for administrators and users

• Support clients during system go-live and the initial period of usage

• Identify additional customer needs and opportunities for continued cooperation

• Guide clients through ticket/issue support workflows when needed

Requirements

• Experience implementing IT systems or working on implementation projects

• End-to-end project management experience

• Ability to manage a project independently: plan work, coordinate stakeholders, and manage milestones

• Strong client communication skills; build relationships and communicate knowledge clearly

• Business mindset focused on supporting client processes, not just configuration

• Comfortable interacting with clients and able to spot opportunities for further collaboration
