Description

You’ll collaborate on implementing and evolving customers’ information systems that manage warehouse and logistics workflows. The role includes analyzing processes for efficiency, gathering customer needs, writing functional specifications for developers, and helping test and validate new functionality in practice. You’ll also provide user consultation and training while working closely with developers.

Responsibilities

• Implement and develop the information system for customers

• Analyze warehouse and logistics processes and propose efficiency improvements

• Gather customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions

• Create analytical studies, functional specifications, and development input

• Configure, test, and verify new features in real-world scenarios

• Consult and train system users

• Cooperate with developers and colleagues on system improvements

Requirements

• Practical experience with warehouse or logistics processes

• Ability to analyze processes, propose improvements, and evaluate feasibility

• Logical and conceptual thinking with strong attention to detail

• Communication skills and desire to work with customers and colleagues

• Positive attitude toward IT and interest in enterprise information systems

• Independence, diligence, and enjoyment of solving complex problems

• Willingness to learn new things and keep growing professionally
