Description

You will analyze customers’ business requirements in workforce time management, and advise and implement SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking, Time Off, and Employee Central solutions. The work includes designing, configuring, and deploying SAP SuccessFactors Time Management, preparing functional specifications and training materials, supporting migrations and integrations, and running unit/integration/UAT testing through Go-Live and hypercare.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements for time management and workforce management processes

• Consult on SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking, Time Off, and Employee Central

• Design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors Time Management

• Configure the system, including Business Rules and MDF objects

• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and training materials

• Support data migration and system integrations

• Conduct workshops and trainings for end users and key users

• Execute unit tests, integration tests, and UAT

• Support Go-Live preparation, deployment, and hypercare

• Diagnose system problems and optimize existing solutions

• Collaborate with customers, business stakeholders, and project teams

Requirements

• End-to-end experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors Time Management implementation projects (requirements analysis, customer consulting, Go-Live)

• Very good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Time Off

• Practical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

• Experience configuring Business Rules and MDF objects

• Ability to analyze business requirements and map them to system solutions

• International implementation project experience (advantage)

• Knowledge of SAP HCM Time Management or other Workforce Management solutions (preferred)

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Time Management certification (advantage)

• Very good English proficiency

• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills; customer focus
