Description

Join a team to design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules for clients. You will analyze HR business processes, translate them into SuccessFactors solutions, support end-to-end project activities (design, testing, deployment), and troubleshoot configuration and data integrity issues. You will also prepare functional documentation, run workshops and training, and assist with migration and integrations between modules.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SuccessFactors modules based on client business requirements

• Analyze existing HR processes and convert them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions

• Support the full project lifecycle including design, testing, and deployment

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless module integration

• Provide guidance on best practices for SuccessFactors configuration and usage

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system configuration and data integrity

• Prepare documentation (functional specifications and process designs)

• Conduct workshops and training for client stakeholders

• Assist in migration and integration of data across SuccessFactors modules

• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC), Employee Central Payroll (EC Payroll), and Time Tracking (EC Time)

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB) and SmartRecruiters for SAP SuccessFactors (+ Winston)

• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PM/GM) and Learning (LMS)

• Background in SAP SuccessFactors Career and Talent Development and Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH)

• Proficiency in Business Integration Builder (BIB)

• Familiarity with HR business processes and best practices across talent management

• Understanding of system integration principles between multiple SuccessFactors modules

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
