Description

You will join an international implementation project to deploy SAP SuccessFactors Employee Service Management (ESM) from the ground up. The role focuses on gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring the solution, and supporting testing (including UAT) and go-live. You will collaborate with local and international teams, including SuccessFactors, Employee Central, and integration teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements

• Conduct workshops and solution design sessions with stakeholders

• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors ESM

• Advise clients on system capabilities and best practices

• Support solution design, testing, UAT, and go-live activities

• Collaborate with SuccessFactors, Employee Central, and integration teams

• Manage stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle

• Ensure successful delivery of agreed functional requirements

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Service Management (ESM)

• Experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects

• Strong understanding of system configuration and testing activities

• Ability to work independently and engage directly with business stakeholders

• Experience facilitating workshops and translating business requirements into system solutions

• Professional level of English

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

• Knowledge of integrations between ESM and Employee Central

• Experience leading workstreams or acting as a Lead Functional Consultant

• Experience in greenfield implementations
