Description

You will design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules based on client HR business requirements. The work includes analyzing existing HR processes, supporting end-to-end project activities (design, testing, deployment), and collaborating to ensure seamless integration across modules. You will also troubleshoot configuration and data integrity issues, prepare documentation, run workshops/training, support data migration/integration, and optimize system performance.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules per client business requirements
• Analyze HR processes and map them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions
• Support end-to-end project lifecycle (design, testing, deployment)
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure integration between SuccessFactors modules
• Provide best-practice guidance for SAP SuccessFactors configuration and usage
• Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and data integrity issues
• Prepare documentation (functional specifications, process designs)
• Conduct workshops and training sessions with client stakeholders
• Assist with migration and integration of data across SuccessFactors modules
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC), Employee Central Payroll (EC Payroll), and Time Tracking (EC Time)
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB) and SmartRecruiters for SAP SuccessFactors (Winston)
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PM/GM) and Learning (LMS)
• Background in SAP SuccessFactors Career and Talent Development and Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH)
• Proficiency in Business Integration Builder (BIB)
• Familiarity with HR business processes and best practices across talent management functions
• Understanding of system integration principles between multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
