Description

Join as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules for clients. You will analyze HR business processes and translate them into SuccessFactors solutions while working across the end-to-end project lifecycle, including testing and deployment. You’ll also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration between modules and maintain data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SuccessFactors modules according to client business requirements
• Analyze existing HR processes and map them to SAP SuccessFactors
• Support design, testing, and deployment activities across projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless module integration
• Provide guidance on best practices for configuration and usage
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and ensure data integrity
• Prepare documentation (functional specifications and process designs)
• Run workshops and training sessions with client stakeholders
• Assist with migration and integration of data across modules
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC), Employee Central Payroll (EC Payroll), and Time Tracking (EC Time)
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB) and SmartRecruiters for SAP SuccessFactors (+ Winston)
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PM&GM) and Learning (LMS)
• Background in Career and Talent Development and Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH)
• Proficiency in Business Integration Builder (BIB)
• Familiarity with HR business processes and best practices across talent management
• Understanding of integration principles between multiple SuccessFactors modules
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
