Description

As a Senior SAP HCM Consultant with SuccessFactors expertise, you will analyze client requirements and design, implement, and support SAP HCM solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct system testing and troubleshooting, train clients on SAP HCM functionality, and document processes for compliance and future reference. The role focuses on optimizing HR processes through technology with remote/hybrid flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand client requirements for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors

• Design and implement SAP HCM solutions matching client specifications

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SAP integration

• Provide training and support on SAP HCM functionality

• Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance

• Document processes and solutions for compliance and future use

• Stay current with SAP HCM developments and best practices

• Participate in project meetings and support planning and execution

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors

• Strong understanding of human capital management processes and best practices

• Proven experience designing and implementing SAP HCM solutions

• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Advanced English proficiency

• Residency in Poland
