Description

You will advise and support customers on complex SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Enterprise Service Management (ESM) implementation and transformation projects. The work includes analyzing HR and service processes, building integrated employee service scenarios across system/module boundaries, and delivering end-to-end thinking from HR master data and processes through service management to AI-enabled services.

Responsibilities

• Consult customers on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and ESM projects (implementations and transformations)
• Analyze existing personnel and service processes and design future-ready HR service solutions with customers
• Connect Employee Central with service management processes to build integrated employee service scenarios across borders of systems and modules
• Think end-to-end across HR master data, HR processes, service management, and intelligent AI-enabled services
• Develop creative solutions for individual customer requirements; apply SAP Enterprise Service Management experience and other service management tools
• Create workshops, demos, and training; support customers from process conception to technical realization
• Support customers after go-live and continuously evolve their HR service landscape
• Collaborate closely with project management, development, and other business areas to implement integrated solutions, including beyond standard SuccessFactors with BAIP
• Contribute to the team’s professional development and promote knowledge transfer

Requirements

• Long-standing project experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including multiple complex implementation or transformation projects
• Deep knowledge of HR business processes, especially the interaction between core HR processes and HR services
• Practical experience with SAP ESM or other service management tools
• End-to-end understanding of the interaction between HR data, SuccessFactors, service management, interfaces, and adjacent solutions
• Current SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central
• Interest in new technologies, especially AI and intelligent services in an HR context
• Customer orientation and enjoyment of teamwork
• Very good German and English skills (minimum B2)
