Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules. You will configure solutions based on client HR business requirements, translate existing HR processes into SuccessFactors, and support end-to-end project activities from design and testing through deployment. You will also troubleshoot configuration and data integrity issues and assist with migration and integration across modules.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules according to client business requirements

• Analyze existing HR processes and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions

• Support the end-to-end project lifecycle (design, testing, deployment)

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration between SuccessFactors modules

• Advise on best practices for SAP SuccessFactors configuration and usage

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system configuration and data integrity

• Prepare documentation (functional specifications and process designs)

• Conduct workshops and training sessions with client stakeholders

• Assist in migration and integration of data across SuccessFactors modules

• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC), Employee Central Payroll (EC Payroll), and Time Tracking (EC Time)

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB) and SmartRecruiters for SAP SuccessFactors (+ Winston)

• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PM/GM) and Learning (LMS)

• Background in SAP SuccessFactors Career and Talent Development and Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH)

• Proficiency in Business Integration Builder (BIB)

• Familiarity with HR business processes and best practices across talent management

• Understanding of system integration principles between multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
