Description

You will gather and analyze business requirements, model business processes, and translate business needs into system requirements. The role includes technical and business-level data analysis, creating and maintaining project documentation, and supporting requirement testing. You will collaborate closely with developers, external providers, and business stakeholders to deliver production-ready solutions, while coordinating projects end-to-end and managing scope, budget, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze requirements; model business processes

• Convert business requirements into system requirements

• Perform data analysis on both technical and business levels

• Create and maintain project documentation and analytical/business documentation

• Create test scenarios, participate in test organization, and conduct preliminary testing of functional requirements before business testing

• Identify root causes of defects and prepare fixes

• Coordinate with developers, external vendors, and business representatives to understand requirements, build solutions, run tests, and support production deployments

• Identify processes/systems on the mBank group side to leverage synergy effects

• Coordinate projects and ensure correct delivery from start to finish; support solution definition; manage scope, budget, and schedule

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in building and developing systems as an analyst and/or project coordinator in financial institutions (mandatory)

• Proficiency with business analysis and business process modeling tools/techniques (Enterprise Architect, MS Visio)

• Practical SQL knowledge (PLSQL/SQL Developer)

• Experience with databases: finding data per initial guidelines, independent data analysis, and proposing final algorithms and specifications

• Nice to have: experience building solutions using low-code tools (preferred Webcon)

• Willingness to take substantive responsibility for assigned work
