Description

You will analyze business processes from AS-IS to TO-BE and support the development of systems for sales and service processes in the health and life insurance space. You will gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translate them into system requirements, and work closely with the Product Owner and developers. The role also includes change impact analysis, dependency identification, and producing UML and functional documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze AS-IS business processes and design TO-BE processes

• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements and convert them into system requirements

• Conduct interviews with users, run analytical workshops, and collaborate with the Product Owner

• Analyze the impact of changes and dependencies between systems and business processes

• Collaborate with developers on designing and evolving new and existing systems

• Prepare analytical documentation for system architecture design (functional scope, processes, integrations, domain model)

• Analyze system functionality and create UML diagrams (activity, sequence) and screen mockups

• Support the Product Owner in clarifying and refining requirements and system solutions

• Participate in development and maintenance of IT systems

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business and systems analysis

• Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN; ability to document business processes and analysis outcomes

• Experience collecting, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements

• Ability to decompose requirements into epics and user stories

• Experience modeling business processes

• Basic SQL knowledge and ability to work with databases for data analysis

• Experience creating project and post-implementation documentation according to accepted standards

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Experience analyzing change impact, identifying system dependencies, and detecting contradictions in requirements

• Experience in the insurance industry

• Polish proficiency at least B2
