Description

You will collaborate with selected banking departments to analyze requirements, support users during business requirement definition, and independently lead assigned analytical workstreams. The role includes creating functional and system solution concepts (processes, UI mockups, business rule modeling), participating in technical solution design, and supporting testing and deployment coordination in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and support users in defining business requirements

• Independently lead assigned analytical topics/workstreams

• Design functional and system solution concepts (processes, UI mockups, business rules)

• Participate in technical design of solutions

• Support users during testing and coordinate deployment

• Work closely with the delivery team (Developers, Testers, Product Owner) using Scrum

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience as an IT Systems & Business Analyst

• Practical ability to analyze client needs and functional requirements (supported by project experience)

• Integration knowledge: SOA, Web Services, REST

• Experience with SOAP UI or Postman

• Ability to design microservices-based solutions and document REST services with Swagger/YAML

• Ability to model IT systems

• Very good UML knowledge

• Proficiency with at least one CASE tool (preferred: Enterprise Architect)

• Good SQL knowledge

• Knowledge of distributed IT systems architecture

• English level B2
