Description

The Business Systems Analyst role focuses on developing and maintaining a central system in the banking sector. You will introduce improvements and adapt the system to regulatory requirements and user needs. Responsibilities include change planning and coordination, analysis of incidents, and supporting testing and end users.

Role description

• Maintain and develop team-assigned products

• Analyze bug reports and requests for supported areas

• Plan and deliver changes, including stakeholder meetings, defining work details, creating a roadmap, task breakdown for developers, and documentation updates

• Support testing activities: prepare test conditions, perform manual testing, create automated tests in an internal tool, and control business-side acceptance testing

• Provide support to end users for the handled products

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar position

• Ability to build SQL queries

• Knowledge of XML and JSON

• Basic knowledge of MQ queues and synchronous/asynchronous communication

• Comfortable use of Jira and Confluence

• Knowledge of tools supporting and automating tests

• Experience supporting end users

• Strong analytical skills

• Effective and accurate communication and teamwork

• High independence, systematic work, and good organization

• Ability to quickly learn new knowledge
