Description

You will support the development and transformation of solutions for claims and benefits, analyzing business processes, defining requirements for data and reporting, and collaborating with development teams across design, testing, and deployment.

Key part of the role is independent data analysis using SQL and supporting transformation of the data environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and business processes

• Produce analyses, functional specifications, and project documentation

• Work with business users to define requirements for data and reporting solutions

• Analyze large volumes of data for project needs and testing

• Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and result documentation; collaborate with developer teams during design and rollout

• Participate in projects related to growth and transformation of the data and reporting environment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Business Analyst, System Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar

• Very good SQL for independent data analysis

• Experience working with large datasets

• Experience preparing analytical documentation and requirements specifications

• Experience preparing test scenarios and test cases

• Ability to model business processes and strong analytical skills

• Experience collaborating with business users
