Description

You’ll work as a Business/System Analyst to gather business needs, define problems, and create analytical artifacts in an agile environment. The role includes modeling business processes (using UML/BPMN), maintaining analytical documentation, and planning system-to-system integrations. You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and testers, supporting both development and post-release maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business, developers, and testers to ensure clear communication

• Define problems and requirements

• Create analytical artifacts in line with agile methodology

• Develop and maintain analytical documentation

• Plan integrations between systems

• Support developers and testers during software development and later maintenance

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst

• Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN

• Good knowledge of JIRA and Confluence

• Experience working with Enterprise Architect

• Ability to gather business requirements for IT projects and model the business environment/processes

• Ability to present analysis results and recommendations

• Experience in agile projects and collaborating with developers on user stories

• Knowledge of QA tasks and testing techniques

• Strong problem-solving skills and quick learning

• Knowledge of SQL; understanding of the data model; ability to prepare logical and physical data models for development

• Understanding of performance and security concerns

• Understanding of project management aspects
