Description

You will support software projects by helping identify and analyze user requirements, translating them into user stories, and participating in testing activities. The role covers the project lifecycle—from requirements analysis through tests and deployment—while working with the business team to refine the final product version. You will also perform system analysis related to building, maintaining, and developing products and processes, ensuring documentation and requirements are consistent and traceable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements and convert them into user stories
• Prepare test scenarios and test cases; support software testing
• Participate across the full project lifecycle (requirements → tests → deployment)
• Collaborate with business teams to improve the final product version
• Support system analyses for product/process building, maintenance, and development
• Maintain documentation and requirements quality, consistency, and change traceability

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Analyst
• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency in UML and BPMN with ability to model
• English proficiency B2/C1
• Experience working in Agile
• Knowledge of REST APIs
• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience with a modeling/design tool (e.g., Enterprise Architect, Draw.io, or similar)
