Description

You are responsible for introducing, supporting, optimizing, and further developing enterprise software applications across the company (excluding the SAP system landscape).

You work as an interface between business departments, IT support, and external service providers to keep applications efficient, stable, and future-ready. You also plan and coordinate software projects and release management (Application Lifecycle Management), maintain technical documentation and user manuals, and monitor system performance and availability.

Responsibilities

• Introduce, maintain, optimize, and develop enterprise software applications outside the SAP landscape

• Act as interface between business departments, IT support, and external service providers

• Plan, control, and coordinate software projects and release management (Application Lifecycle Management)

• Create and maintain technical documentation and user manuals

• Coordinate regularly with software contacts in business departments and relevant IT areas

• Monitor system performance and ensure availability

Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training with domain-specific further education or comparable IT degree/qualification

• Ideally multiple years of professional experience

• Systematic, structured, deadline-oriented working style

• Friendly and goal-oriented communication

• Reliability, commitment, readiness to act, and independent onboarding to new topics

• Solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office, networking, and hardware

• Very good German and English skills (oral and written)
