Provide customer support for practice teams for the MEDICAL OFFICE software by handling inquiries via phone and tickets. Analyze issues, find solutions, and support users through training while keeping all work cleanly documented in the ticket system. You’ll help ensure healthcare practices can work efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer requests by phone and via ticket
• Analyze errors and find solutions
• Support and train practice teams using MEDICAL OFFICE
• Document all activities and findings in the ticket system

Requirements

• IT training or experience in a medical environment
• Enjoy communicating, especially on the phone
• Very good German language skills
• Technical understanding and quick learning
• Team spirit, reliability, and a service-oriented mindset
