Description

Lead end-to-end IT outsourcing delivery to ensure top-tier service quality, client satisfaction, and engagement health. Own account growth and profitability by managing P&L, margins, utilization, and results, while shaping offers and contracts. Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks and lead the team to deliver business targets.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery end-to-end: ensure top-tier service quality, client satisfaction, and engagement health

• Grow the account: expand the portfolio through additional placements, services, and new leads using your network

• Manage the P&L: oversee margins, utilization, and results against plan; shape offers and contracts for optimal profitability

• Identify and mitigate risks: proactively spot threats and remove bottlenecks to safeguard milestones

• Lead and develop the team: mentor, coach, train, and retain top talent, working closely with consultant partners

• Deliver against targets: translate business goals into actionable plans and keep the team aligned and motivated

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in delivery, service delivery, or account management within IT outsourcing

• Deep knowledge of the IT outsourcing market

• Proven track record managing delivery and P&L responsibilities

• Leadership experience leading delivery and recruitment teams

• Active network of market contacts

• Fluent Polish and fluent English

• Existing legal right to work in the European Union
