Description

You will take end-to-end responsibility for key company applications and help develop them further. You will coordinate internal developers and external suppliers, translate business needs into clear assignments, and ensure testing, acceptance, deployment, and training. You will also manage incidents, contracts/licenses, SLA compliance, and technical documentation.

Role Responsibilities

• Own key applications (CRM, transport planning, e-shop) and their integration with ERP and the warehouse system, including incident solutions, contract and license management, and SLA oversight

• Coordinate internal developers and external vendors to ensure deadlines, quality, and proper delivery

• Act as a business-to-development liaison: collect requirements from business, logistics, and branches; prioritize and convert them into assignments; ensure testing, change acceptance, rollout to production, and end-user training

• Create and maintain technical documentation for products, processes, and projects so it remains understandable for leadership outside IT

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in roles such as Product Owner, Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Application Consultant

• Experience with ERP or warehouse systems, including integrations and vendor management (contracts, SLA, change control), ideally for retail, distribution, or logistics

• Basic SQL knowledge to independently work with data and verify solution correctness

• Strong organizational skills to manage timelines, tasks, and decisions (advantage: Jira or Trello)

• Independence and problem-solving ability; proactive communication and proposing next steps

• Communicative English for collaboration with vendors
