Description

We are seeking a Mid/Senior IT Delivery Manager to coordinate, monitor, and deliver technology projects and IT initiatives in complex environments, preferably shaped by consulting and multi-client contexts. You will ensure alignment between technical teams, business needs, and strategic objectives while leading organizational transformation—bringing greater structure, execution discipline, process rigor, and new ways of working. The role requires resilience and strong influencing skills to mobilize teams and manage resistance to change.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects and initiatives within the IT portfolio

• Ensure delivery milestones, timelines, budgets, and objectives are met

• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and operational blockers

• Provide structured reporting and regular communication to stakeholders and management

• Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on steering committees and decision-making forums

• Coordinate technical teams, business units, and external vendors

• Drive continuous improvement of project management and delivery processes

• Implement new ways of working, strengthen accountability and follow-up mechanisms, and reinforce execution discipline

• Lead change management initiatives and address internal resistance to ensure progressive adoption

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management and delivery in large-scale, complex environments

• Proven experience in technology consulting and managing projects across multiple clients

• Strong technical background for effective communication with technical teams and bridging technology and business

• Solid knowledge of project management, planning, portfolio management, execution control, and reporting

• Familiarity with traditional and Agile methodologies

• Experience in functional leadership, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder management

• Hands-on experience implementing changes to processes, methodologies, or operating models, including resistant environments

• Demonstrated ability to make decisions, manage conflicts, influence teams, and drive execution
