Description

Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, risk management, and successful handover. Create realistic yet ambitious project plans, roadmaps, schedules, resource plans, and budgets, then drive delivery with a strong focus on outcomes. Coordinate cross-functional teams and keep stakeholders aligned with clear status updates, proactive issue handling, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery (initiate, plan, execute, monitor, manage risk, close and hand over)

• Build and execute project plans, roadmaps, schedules, resource plans, and budgets

• Manage projects with strong execution focus; anticipate blockers early and remove them proactively

• Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams and stakeholders (internal/external) without formal authority when needed

• Maintain clear stakeholder communication; manage expectations and escalate when necessary

• Monitor progress using appropriate tools and metrics; identify deviations early and adjust to meet delivery commitments

• Ensure deliverables meet or exceed quality, performance, and business value expectations

• Continuously improve delivery processes, templates, and ways of working using retrospectives and lessons learned

• Perform effectively under uncertainty and rapidly changing priorities while keeping the team focused on key outcomes

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on project management experience across the full delivery cycle (software, products, digital transformation, or similar)

• Documented track record of delivering projects successfully within schedule, budget, and high quality standards (results matter more than certifications)

• Strong execution orientation

• High motivation and independence; initiative and ability to fill gaps without waiting for instructions

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication (upward, downward, cross-functional)

• Solid understanding of both Waterfall and Agile; ability to choose and adapt the delivery approach

• Comfort working with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, MS Project, Confluence, etc.)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Advanced English
