Description

You will manage end-to-end business projects within a banking program focused on product development, process improvements, and business change implementation for retail and institutional banking.

Responsibilities

• Lead business projects from initiation and planning through implementation and closure

• Define project goals, scope, schedule, and budget; align expected outcomes with bank stakeholders

• Prepare project documentation according to applicable standards and procedures

• Run projects related to product development, process optimization, cooperation with IT, and regulatory change implementation

• Coordinate project workstreams, set priorities, monitor progress, and manage dependencies between involved areas

• Identify activities needed to achieve project goals and oversee delivery

• Provide project status reporting; analyze and escalate risks and recommend corrective actions

• Oversee project settlements: verify costs and invoices, and monitor budget utilization

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing business projects, especially involving product rollouts, sales process improvements, and optimization of existing solutions

• At least 3 years of experience in the financial sector with knowledge of banking products, processes, and domain specifics

• Experience running projects engaging business units, IT teams, and external vendors

• Ability to translate business needs into project goals, scope, schedule, and execution plan

• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies, particularly PRINCE2 or Agile, and ability to adapt the approach to the project

• Experience with stakeholder management, aligning requirements, and negotiating solutions

• Ability to monitor budgets, control costs, and report progress

• University degree (preferably IT, management, economics or related)
