Description

You’ll translate e-commerce priorities and decisions into concrete execution, coordinate people and external vendors, and drive projects to completion. You’ll also handle operational issues across e-commerce, marketing, hiring, web, and other areas—while continuously improving processes for better results. Strategy and key decisions are set by the team; your role is to ensure agreed actions truly get done, and later to take ownership of goals with less step-by-step management.

Responsibilities

• Convert priorities and decisions into specific execution

• Maintain visibility of projects, tasks, and deadlines and ensure follow-through

• Coordinate internal teams, external partners, and vendors; resolve bottlenecks

• Address operational problems across e-commerce, marketing, hiring, the website, and more

• Perform research, prepare materials, and identify the best way to solve new tasks

• Gradually improve processes and take on more of the day-to-day execution

Requirements

• Experience with e-commerce, online sales, or digital marketing; strong understanding of how online business works

• Independent, reliable, and able to deliver without detailed instructions for every step

• Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar topics and propose solutions

• Strong organizational skills, cross-team communication, and ability to keep work moving

• Practical and business-focused mindset—care about outcomes, not just task completion
