Description

Project Manager role focused on planning and delivering digital projects in marketing automation and e-commerce. You will analyze business requirements, coordinate collaboration between product, IT, and external partners, and manage delivery using appropriate project methodologies. The role also includes backlog and schedule management in a dedicated system, progress monitoring, and status reporting with data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and model business requirements for projects in marketing automation and e-commerce

• Create project documentation and descriptions of marketing and e-commerce initiatives

• Coordinate collaboration between product teams, IT, and external partners

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects using project management methodologies tailored to each project

• Analyze project and campaign results and recommend improvements

• Run projects and tasks in a dedicated system: manage backlog, prioritize, schedule work, and monitor progress

• Provide regular project status reports and present progress and recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing digital, technical, or marketing automation projects

• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies

• Experience with Jira and Confluence (Synerise is an additional advantage)

• Ability to analyze data, processes, and technical dependencies and convert them into business recommendations

• Higher education (preferred: IT, marketing, management, analytics or related fields)

• Very good organization skills; ability to manage several projects in parallel and work with priorities

• Communication skills, proactivity, and an orientation toward delivering project goals and business value
