Description

Lead e-commerce implementation projects, managing delivery from requirements and planning through production go-live and post-deployment stabilization. Coordinate development, analysis, testing, and external vendor teams, and oversee integrations between e-commerce platforms and business/logistics systems such as ERP and WMS. Work with business stakeholders to define requirements and priorities while managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, and project risks.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of e-commerce system implementation projects (requirements, planning, production rollout)

• Coordinate developers, analysts, testers, and external suppliers

• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, and project risks

• Supervise integration of e-commerce platforms with ERP, WMS, and other business systems

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project requirements and priorities

• Coordinate testing, production deployments (go-live), and post-go-live stabilization

• Track progress, report project status, and manage project changes

• Identify opportunities to optimize sales, warehousing, and logistics processes

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT projects

• Practical experience implementing e-commerce systems/platforms, ideally from build through production launch

• Experience delivering end-to-end implementation projects

• Ability to manage project teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders

• Experience managing project schedule, budget, risk, and change management

• Knowledge of IT system integration processes and cross-application collaboration

• Good knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

• Effective communication between business and technical teams
