Description

You will lead major platform modernization and transformation by analyzing existing capabilities and business processes, identifying requirements, and supporting the transition from legacy solutions to modern platforms. Working across business and technology teams, you will align stakeholders, manage product backlogs, and translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories for delivery. You will also support definition of target solutions and migration approaches and help drive implementation and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing platforms, services, and business processes
• Engage stakeholders to capture knowledge and document requirements
• Identify capabilities, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for modernization
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and external partners on target solutions and migration
• Translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs based on value, dependencies, and delivery constraints
• Facilitate workshops and discussions for alignment and decision-making
• Contribute to successful implementation and adoption of new solutions

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to understand complex business processes and systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements across multiple teams
• Comfortable working with distributed stakeholders and incomplete documentation
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Experience with communication, messaging, integration, or platform-based solutions (highly valued)
