Description

You will manage UX/CRO and e-commerce projects end-to-end—keeping tasks, deadlines, and priorities organized while coordinating communication with clients and the internal team. You will coordinate audits, redesigns, research, testing, and implementations, working closely with strategists, designers, analysts, researchers, and developers. The role focuses on driving delivery, maintaining team momentum, and taking ownership of outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks, deadlines, priorities, and resources for the team

• Communicate with clients: reply to emails, schedule meetings, and gather feedback

• Coordinate UX/CRO projects including audits, subscriptions/retainers, redesigns, research, and implementations

• Collaborate with strategy, design, analytics, research, and development teams

• Keep projects on track and maintain smooth team workflow

Requirements

• Experience as a PM in a UX agency, marketing agency, software house, or similar

• Proficiency in communication with clients and the team

• Ability to organize topics and manage multiple tasks at once

• Knowledge of project management tools

• Independence and initiative (ask when needed or decide on your own)

• Motivation to develop and openness to feedback

• (Nice to have) Basic knowledge of UX/CRO or e-commerce
