• Scope: ~60% client UX/CRO, ~40% ownership of the company website

Description

You’ll work on UX and CRO projects for clients (often fintech and healthcare), identifying where users drop off and improving flows through data-driven research, testing, and evaluation. You’ll also take product ownership of the company website by setting a roadmap, priorities, success metrics, and leading a first major end-to-end project from start to finish. Development is handled by a partner and content/SEO help is supported by internal teams—your responsibility is defining what, how, and why changes happen.

Responsibilities

• Conduct UX/CRO work for clients: find drop-off points, propose solutions, run tests, and evaluate outcomes using data, heuristics, and research

• Work across client sectors such as fintech and healthcare (occasionally e-commerce or B2B)

• Own the company website as a product: create roadmap, set priorities, define how success will be measured, and lead the project

• Provide team know-how and guidance to advance how CRO and testing are done

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UX/CRO (ideally in an agency or in e-commerce/lead generation)

• Ability to show specific, measurable results (what changed, how it was measured, and impact)

• Proficiency with GA4 and Clarity (or Hotjar)

• Experience with A/B testing using tools like VWO or Optimizely, including knowing when testing is not appropriate

• Proficiency in Figma

• Project leadership capabilities: roadmap, prioritization, delegation, and communication

• Ability to communicate with clients in Czech and English and defend your recommendations
