Description

Support the multiproject leadership in steering, coordinating, and successfully delivering a large IT transformation and rollout program. You will manage project governance, dependencies, risks, and actions, and create KPI, dashboard, and decision reporting for management. The role also covers workshop facilitation and support for pilots, releases, and rollout readiness.

Responsibilities

• Support multiproject leadership with steering and organizing the end-to-end transformation and rollout program
• Plan, maintain, and monitor project plans, milestones, risks, actions, and dependencies
• Coordinate and align between project leadership, sub-projects, business units, and other stakeholders
• Create status reports, management presentations, decision papers, and KPI/dashboard reports
• Prepare, moderate, and follow up on workshops, recurring meetings, and decision sessions
• Steer and track cross-project interfaces and dependencies
• Support pilots, testing, releases, and rollout preparation
• Analyze user feedback and usage data and derive optimization measures
• Contribute to change, communication, and enablement activities to ensure user acceptance
• Build and maintain project, knowledge, and documentation structures in Jira and Confluence

Requirements

• Multi-year experience as PMO, project manager, or project coordinator in complex IT transformation or digitalization projects
• Experience in managing large rollout, migration, or implementation projects with multiple stakeholders
• Very good knowledge of stakeholder management, risk management, action/measure management, and dependency management
• Experience creating management reporting, dashboards, and decision support documents
• Solid knowledge of agile project methods and experience working with multiple project teams
• Very good knowledge of Jira and Confluence plus collaboration tools (Miro, Microsoft 365)
• Experience planning and running workshops, alignment formats, and pilots
• Ability to prepare complex technical and business topics clearly and audience-appropriate
• Structured, independent, and communication-strong working style
• Fluent German (spoken and written)

Nice to have

• SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) certification
• Experience with change management, user experience, or adoption management
• Experience in public sector or municipal environments
• Knowledge of education/school environments and education-IT digitization projects
• Experience with cross-organization rollout and transformation programs
• Experience building knowledge management and documentation structures
