Description

Provide project management services for software and IT initiatives, ensuring delivery within the agreed timeframe, budget, and quality standards. You will define project-team composition and responsibilities, manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and quality, and coordinate teams and vendors. You will also collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze needs, define requirements, and support functional solution and IT architecture discussions.

Responsibilities

• Define project-team composition; define and assign tasks

• Set task priorities and delegate responsibilities

• Prepare project proposals/offers

• Plan and manage project scope

• Define requirements aligned with business expectations

• Analyze and interpret business stakeholder needs

• Participate in functional solution design and IT architecture discussions

• Oversee and coordinate changes/implementations

• Manage the project schedule and coordinate work of project teams and suppliers

• Manage changes and risks

• Monitor project KPIs

• Maintain and update project documentation

• Monitor project budget and expenditures

• Report and present project progress

• Collaborate with client units and external entities

Requirements

• At least 5+ years of commercial experience as a Project Manager

• Relevant higher education (e.g., computer science, mathematics, economics or related)

• Project management skills

• Strong proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence

• Team management experience (prioritization, coordination, resource management)

• Ability to perform analyses and develop requirements for systems

• Experience collaborating with internal and external providers

• Knowledge of project patterns/frameworks

• Knowledge of Agile
