Description

You will analyze and model business processes for data quality management, including data profiling, data certification, and issue handling. The role includes gathering, documenting, and aligning business and functional requirements, running analytical workshops, and supporting solution preparation for delivery in Agile/hybrid projects. You will collaborate with data owners, data stewards, business stakeholders, and IT teams to produce business recommendations and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and model processes related to data quality management (profiling, certification, and issue handling)

• Collect, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

• Work with data owners, data stewards, business representatives, and IT teams

• Identify dependencies between related initiatives and develop business recommendations

• Develop business process models, use cases, and project documentation

• Prepare materials that support defining the project’s scope and the logical solution architecture

• Analyze how data quality information, metadata, data lineage, and data ownership are used in monitoring, profiling, and certification processes

• Lead analytical workshops and align requirements with stakeholders

• Support preparation of the solution for implementation and produce implementation requirements

• Collaborate on projects delivered using Agile or hybrid methodologies

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis

• Experience conducting business analysis in large organizations

• Ability to identify, model, and document business processes using BPMN and/or UML

• Experience creating business and functional requirements for IT solutions

• Practical knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and MS Office

• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams

• Experience independently running analytical workshops and aligning requirements

• Knowledge of cloud solutions, especially Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies

• Strong analytical skills, including synthesis of complex information and preparation of business recommendations
