Description

You will work as a Business Analyst on the development of an application aggregating customer data to support e-commerce process rollouts. The role focuses on analysis in IT areas such as CDP, CRM, and loyalty platforms. Experience with Adobe tools (RTCDP, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and IT needs for e-commerce-related customer data processes

• Support development by translating requirements into clear analysis outputs

• Coordinate with stakeholders to shape customer-data-driven implementations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst in IT

• Experience in areas such as CDP, CRM, and loyalty platforms

• Relevant higher education or studies in progress

• Fluent English and fluent Polish

• Living in Warsaw or the surrounding area

• Preferred: commercial experience with Adobe RTCDP / Adobe Experience Platform / Adobe Journey Optimizer
