Description

You will help define the target platform concept for knowledge management and prepare requirements for the next phases of its development. You will collaborate with business users, AI experts, and IT teams to define solution functionality, including AI agent support for searching, creating, maintaining, and evolving knowledge. The role also includes specifying content and knowledge lifecycle workflows, building product backlogs, roadmaps, and development recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-user and knowledge-owner needs across content creation and knowledge management
• Collect and document business and functional requirements for a Knowledge Management Platform
• Co-create requirements for AI agents supporting knowledge search, creation, maintenance, and development
• Define requirements for content management, publishing workflow, updates, archiving, and knowledge quality monitoring
• Design functionality supporting knowledge lifecycle management and handling user requests and feedback
• Identify process automation opportunities using AI and Microsoft 365 tools
• Lead analytical workshops and align requirements with business, IT, and AI teams
• Prepare development backlog for subsequent project stages
• Develop recommendations and roadmaps for the platform

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements for IT systems
• Ability to independently run analytical workshops and effectively collaborate with business and technology stakeholders
• Experience preparing product backlogs, roadmaps, and development recommendations
• Understanding of the digital solution delivery and the business–IT collaboration model
• Ability to translate user needs into concrete system requirements
• Effective communication with project teams and strong stakeholder collaboration
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online or similar content management solutions (preferred)
• Knowledge of AI, semantic search, RAG, or AI agents (preferred)
• Familiarity with backlog and system analysis tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence (preferred)
• Experience in the financial sector or large corporate organizations (preferred)
