Description

You will drive technical B2B sales of HMI/SCADA, energy management, and ML software solutions in your territory in southern Germany. The position emphasizes new customer acquisition with a hunter mindset, expanding existing customer relationships, and owning revenue and results. You will create offers, negotiate contracts, perform systematic cold outreach in defined focus industries, and report regularly to sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Active sales of HMI/SCADA, energy management, and ML software solutions
• New customer acquisition with hunter focus and development of existing accounts
• Own revenue and results in your assigned customer and market area
• Create proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals independently
• Systematic cold acquisition in defined focus industries
• Work closely with product management and technical teams
• National and international multi-day travel
• Regular reporting to sales management

Requirements

• Multi-year experience in B2B sales of automation technology or software
• Very good knowledge of HMI/SCADA
• Hunter mentality and enjoyment of active market development
• Confident customer presence and strong closing orientation
• Negotiation-proficient German and very good English
• Willingness for international and multi-day travel
