Description

Lead software and system engineering projects across the full lifecycle—from requirements analysis to SW architecture and project documentation. Coordinate interdisciplinary development teams and steer subcontractors to ensure technical and economic project outcomes. Serve as the key point of contact for internal and external customers and support sales with bid creation.

Responsibilities

• Project and sub-project leadership for software and system development across all lifecycle phases

• Analyze customer and system requirements and convert them into technical concepts

• Create and document software architectures for distributed software systems, including detailed definitions of software interfaces

• Independently manage and coordinate projects; take responsibility for technical and economic results

• Coordinate interdisciplinary development teams and manage subcontractors

• Create project documentation

• Support development teams with requirements engineering and development documentation

• Act as point of contact for internal and external customers

• Support sales with bid preparation

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Technical Computing, Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or comparable

• Professional experience in software and system development and initial experience in project coordination

• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems

• Knowledge of networking and IT security

• Independent, systematic work style with quality awareness, creativity, and teamwork

• High self-motivation with hands-on mentality and customer orientation

• Very good written and spoken German; good English skills

• Enjoy teamwork and occasional business travel
