Description

You will conceive, develop, and commission innovative software applications and firmware for test and production plants. The work includes specifying and implementing software components (including communication interfaces), integrating software into development and manufacturing environments, and defining system design and software tests. You will also perform root-cause analysis and fixes for problems on test systems and produce the required technical documentation.

Requirements

• Completed university degree in electrical engineering or computer science (or comparable)

• Knowledge of C++ and C (object-oriented and procedural) and software design

• Experience with hardware-near programming in PC and microcontroller environments (e.g., Microchip PIC series)

• Experience with interprocess communication and multithreaded software in Windows

• Structured, analytical, process- and solution-oriented working style
