Description

You will architect and build an autonomous, agentic bidding platform for real-time ad auctions, enabling AI agents to monitor marketplace signals and continuously optimize bidding strategies. The role combines AI systems, real-time decision-making, and scalable cloud infrastructure, working closely with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams. You will also lead reliability and operational excellence for mission-critical auction services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to define requirements for agentic AI bidding capabilities
• Architect and implement the next-generation agentic bidding platform
• Build large-scale data validation and quality frameworks for auction-critical signals
• Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) for operational excellence, incident management, and high-availability/on-call readiness
• Develop experimentation and simulation frameworks to validate agent behavior and optimize policies before live deployment
• Improve availability, efficiency, performance, and scalability by adopting new technologies and engineering practices
• Provide technical direction and mentor engineers
• Explore emerging AI techniques (e.g., multi-agent systems and adaptive optimization) to enhance autonomy and impact

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding (C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python)
• Ability to meet Microsoft security screening requirements, including passing the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
