Description

Own end-to-end delivery for custom software development and digital transformation initiatives, accountable for successful execution from pre-sales handover through delivery, transition, and closure. Lead large cross-functional teams and drive delivery excellence for complex engagements involving custom software development, AI-enabled solutions, automation, and data-driven products. Ensure business outcomes, client satisfaction, and commercial performance while managing governance, scope, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software development projects and programs for international clients
• Own scope, budget/profitability, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery quality
• Manage large multidisciplinary teams (Project Managers, Delivery Leads, Architects, Business Analysts, engineering teams)
• Serve as primary point of contact for client leadership; build trusted relationships at operational and executive levels
• Drive governance, delivery frameworks, reporting, escalation management, and decision-making
• Resolve critical delivery challenges, commercial risks, staffing issues, and client escalations
• Identify opportunities to scale and industrialize AI-enabled solutions into sustainable and repeatable delivery models
• Support business development with delivery estimations, proposal preparation, and transition into delivery
• Manage team development, feedback, staffing, and collaboration with internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Very good understanding of software development/SDLC principles and processes
• 10+ years of experience in IT delivery, including several years leading complex software development projects for external clients
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, business-critical software development initiatives in international environments
• Proven client-facing delivery management experience
• Strong experience managing end-to-end delivery ownership (project governance, budgeting/forecasting, commercial management, risk management, stakeholder management)
• Proven hands-on experience leading end-to-end delivery of AI and GenAI projects (opportunity assessment and discovery through production deployment, operationalization, and business adoption), including teams developing AI Agents and enterprise AI solutions
• Strong understanding of the AI delivery lifecycle (data preparation, model development, validation, deployment, monitoring, continuous improvement) and enterprise scaling/industrialization
• Ability to manage complex escalations, conflicting priorities, and challenging stakeholder environments
• Exposure to AI transformation programs or implementation of AI-enabled business solutions
• Excellent written and spoken English
