Responsible for tariff-compliant application and ongoing development of HR compensation processes. You will advise on legal, collective agreement, and company remuneration fundamentals, conduct activity and job evaluations, define pay groups, support annual income checks, and handle complex complaints and assessment cases.

Responsibilities

• Advise on legal, tariff, and company remuneration principles

• Perform activity and job (position) evaluations

• Determine pay groups and represent them

• Support the annual income review process

• Process complex complaints and evaluate related case facts

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Law, or HR Management

• Long-term experience in tariff-based compensation and Compensation & Benefits

• Deep knowledge of the ERA system and tariff regulations for the Metal and Electrical industry

• Experience with compensation controlling

• Experience with HR workforce steering

• High advisory capability and confident presence with management and works council
